Plant Based Meals

Vegetables are a key ingredient in the formula of eating healthy. This session will include cooking with meat alternative entrees like Tofu, Temphe,Beans or Seitan. We’ll also use seasonal vegetables to prepare three dishes. This 2 hour lesson may incorporate cooking techniques such as marinating, steaming, pan-grilling, roasting, sautéing, and pan frying. 

Groceries are not included.

This lesson can be for one or make it a dinner party for four participants.

    This 2 hour lesson will be held in your kitchen. Equipment need includes chef knife and cutting board for each participant and basic cooking equipment. Our Chef instructor will bring the groceries.

    Make it a Dinner Party for up to four participants. We'll prepare Three entrees,salad with dressing and a dessert.
